Unfortunately, we can't take on all donations (even though we'd love to.) If you'd like to inquire about fabric donations, please e-mail unscrapped.studio@gmail.com with a photo of what you are hoping to donate!

What's your return and exchange policy?
Due to the costs associated with setting up a permanent business mailing address, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any pieces at the moment, meaning all sales are final.
Please contact us within 7 days upon delivery if the items you received are faulty or damaged.
What’s your shipping policy?
We ship all our products with Royal Mail. Free UK Domestic shipping & £10 International shipping.
International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties and fees by the destination country to which is the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Import duties and taxes vary by country and we are not able to estimate the amount. We are not liable for any taxes, customs, duties and fees associated with your order. If you refuse a shipment from bittersweetheart, you are liable for all fees associated with returning the package.
